This shop was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so grateful it was. I went in today and both Junior and Roberto helped me. I went to another tire shop who said my tire with less than 7k miles was gone beyond repair after I ran over a nail on i15. I’m glad I got a second opinion here, they were able to get my tire patched up and good to go. You can tell that everyone who works there cares about what they do and helping their customers! The shop was clean with lots of seating, free water, and several customers were enjoying the grass area outside with their kids. I was amazed how quickly they were getting people in and out of there. I read on their website they started out selling tires door to door, and now they have a beautiful shop with a happy and loyal clientele. I’m a customer for life.

I went to Best Value Tire to swap my dealer tires (that they put on) for a better set. Initially, they were great. Offered me a discounted price to take the dealer tires back and swap for what I wanted. They put the same size of the previous tire on. While driving home, I noticed major rubbing. When I got home and checked, I wasn't just rubbing on plastic but on 4 different spots including on the frame and a pinch weld. Nobody told me they rubbed or even checked for rubbing. I went back 2 days later with 8 total miles on these brand new tires and asked for a smaller size and got the run around and charged another $200 to swap brand new tires for a smaller tire that is $50 cheaper a piece. I understand restocking and mounting comes at a cost but I also understand customer service and verifying that customers leave happy with a quality product and no issues. They were still new tires that they will probably sell at new price. If you want some LT285/70R17 mickey thompson baja boss tires, go ask for the new ones they took off my truck and get new tires at a used price like they said they would be. I won't be going back.

They found a great deal on new tires and install was super quick. They have a large team and a lot going on but everyone seems focused on their work and getting the job done quickly and safely. It was impressive to watch. Diego is your sales guy. Hit him up.
